Stafford, VA. A suspect was arrested on several charges, including providing false identification to law enforcement, following a traffic stop in Stafford County on Monday.

On December, 24, 2018, Deputy James Wright was patrolling in the area of Butler Road and Cambridge Street when he observed a speeding vehicle. The deputy then activated his emergency equipment and conducted a traffic stop in the area of Cambridge Street and Truslow Road.

The driver of the vehicle told the deputy she did not have her driver’s license, so she provided her name, date of birth, and social security number. The deputy learned the identification she provided was fake and detained the suspect in his vehicle. Eventually, the driver admitted her real identity was Angelia Webb, 44, of Fredericksburg. Her driver’s license returned suspended.

Webb was taken into custody and incarcerated at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $2000.00 secured bond. She is charged with providing false identification to law enforcement, identity theft, and driving suspended.
