Charges Pending Against Three Juvenile Suspects Behind Residential Burglary

Stafford, VA. Three juvenile suspects have been charged in connection with a residential burglary that occurred on Friday in Stafford County

On November 23, 2018, at approximately 8:59 p.m., Deputy Houde responded to a past occurred breaking and entering at a residence on Spring Lake Drive. While away from the residence, the homeowners observed two subjects breaking into their house through their home security cameras.

Upon arrival, the deputy observed signs of forced entry on a rear door. Several items had been stolen from the residence including a phone, package, purse, and gift cards. The estimated value of the stolen property is over $700.00. At the time, the suspects were not located.

While investigating a separate incident on November 24, 2018, Deputy Ahern identified a subject with information on the burglary. This information was used to identify three juvenile suspects who admitted to their involvement in the burglary when questioned.

Criminal complaints were submitted and charges against the three juvenile suspects are pending.
