Wanted Man Arrested for Trespassing at Local Hotel

Stafford, VA. Deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office arrested a wanted suspect on Thursday for trespassing at the Clarion Inn located at 564 Warrenton Road.

On October 18, 2018, deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person at the hotel. Upon arrival, deputies located a subject who appeared to be sleeping in the pool area. The subject told deputies he was waiting for a friend. The subject refused to disclose his name or the room number of his friend.

The hotel manager confirmed the subject was not staying at the hotel and he was subsequently taken into custody for trespassing. The subject was identified as Ezekiel Anthony Noriega, 28, of Fredericksburg. Deputies learned he was wanted out of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County.

Noriega was served his outstanding warrants as well as a warrant for trespassing. He was incarcerated at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
