Please be on the lookout for Tony O’Shea Hicks Jr. and Deontay Brown who are both wanted out of Stafford County. Hicks is wanted for Attempted Murder, Aggravated Malicious Wounding and Domestic Assault and Battery. Brown is wanted for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felon in Possession of Ammunition.
