Thank you Virginia Sheriffs' Association (VSA) for this great article.

Three Stafford County Sheriff’s Office detectives — Master Detectives Todd Nosal, Christopher Jacobs and Senior Detective Joseph Massine — recently attended the advanced DEA Level A Clandestine Lab training class in Los Angeles, CA. Stafford County Sheriff Decatur and Stafford County Fire Chief Lockhart have put a team of detectives and fire marshals together to combat clandestine laboratories which may involve methamphetamine and fentanyl. This training enables the investigators to respond to the more serious and dangerous situations where fully encapsulated suits are needed. Future plans are being made for more of the fifteen team members to attend the advance training.
