2 HEROIN SUSPECTS ARRESTED

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Jimmy Mills Jr., age 34 of 21 Petroleum Drive, Stafford and James Anthony Cox, age 25, of no fixed address. Both men were being sought in connection with heroin trafficking in the Stafford County area. Jimmy Mills Jr., is charged with 1 Count of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, 1 Count of Possession of a Schedule I or II Narcotic and 1 Count of Possession of Marijuana. James Anthony Cox is charged with 1 Count of Distribution of an Imitation Controlled Substance. Both men are incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Jimmy Mills turned himself into authorities late yesterday. James Anthony Cox was taken into custody this afternoon by members of the Special Investigations Unit, Special Problems Unit and the Patrol Division in a traffic stop in North Stafford County. Cox was taken into custody without incident.

At this time Stafford Detectives and members of the Special Investigative Unit are still actively working to locate Corey Waters, age 20, of no fixed address. Waters is facing 1 Count of Possession of a Schedule I or II Narcotic and 1 Count of Possession of Controlled Paraphernalia.
